Come to Joppa Flats Education Center to help us weed our native garden beds! We have coastal gardens around our building that need to be weeded to allow native coastal plants to thrive. Bring gloves, water and a kneeling pad if you have one.

Help take care of the beds in the community garden, Nature by the Yard, Preschool, Butterfly Garden, and Gardens behind the Visitor Center.  

Share your skills or learn new ones in our beautiful butterfly garden. Work alongside knowledgeable staff and volunteers.

Join us on the Sacred Way Trail at Canoe Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary for a day of stewardship and conservation. We’ll be trimming overgrowth,  fixing boardwalks & bog bridges, and removing invasive plants.
