The Boston Nature Center Sanctuary Committee aims to promote, advise, and assist the Boston Nature Center Sanctuary located in Mattapan, Massachusetts. Sanctuary Committee Volunteers advise and support the Sanctuary Director in all areas of Sanctuary operations, including finance, development, planning, programs, property management, and recruitment.
Sanctuary Committee Volunteers:
Promote the Sanctuary’s use for conservation, education, research, and environmental advocacy.
Participate in long-range Strategic Planning for the management of the sanctuary.
Serve as a liaison between the Mass Audubon and the community.
