Spend your morning participating in a clean-up of the Joppa Flats salt marsh! The tide will be low, so we can access all the debris that has been brought in by recent storms. Before getting to work, start the day with a hot cup of coffee and breakfast as you take in the beauty of nature, get to know other volunteers, and learn about the valuable natural resources here on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
This volunteer opportunity is part of Mass Audubon’s Statewide Volunteer Day. To sign up to volunteer, click the “Respond” button. You can then sign in using your existing volunteer account with Mass Audubon, or, if this is your first time using the volunteer system, you will be prompted to create a new account before signing up. This is for volunteers ages 5 and up, and volunteers 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
