Runners will need a snack and water after completing their 5k/10k! Duties include keeping the water jug full and snacks out for participants. You will have access to our barn kitchen for refilling the jug and stocking up on more snacks if needed. This role will be a hybrid of indoor and outdoor. There will not be air conditioning. Standing, bending, lifting (about 30 lbs.) will be common movements in this role.
Volunteers will meet at Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary at our volunteer check-in tent, located at the entrance of the sanctuary.
