Water station volunteers will be stationed at various points throughout the course in Kennedy Park. Duties include filling and distributing water to runners and cleaning up after the last runner passes. Some of our water stations are not accessible by car. You may have to hike to your station. If this poses a barrier to you, please let us know. You will be asked to carry a table, a few gallons of water, cups, and a trash bag. You will also be asked to clean up your station at the end of the race. This position is outdoors and requires standing for long periods of time. Please bring a water bottle, snack, and comfortable shoes. Light lifting of about 30 lbs. is also required.
Volunteers will meet at Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary at our volunteer check-in tent, located at the entrance of the sanctuary.
