Become an Education Volunteer! Take your first step toward becoming a Joppa Flats education volunteer with any of the three offered training programs in January. Our education volunteers help staff and field teachers present programs to schools, groups, and families throughout the school year in a wide variety of environments. These programs are free to Mass Audubon members and nonmembers.
This session focuses on eagles, owls and hawks and their behaviors in winter. Learn about their adaptations and life cycle and find out where to look for local birds of prey in the area.
To register for this training, click the "Respond" button. On the next page, click "Submit Opportunity Response." You should then see a green banner appear across the top of the screen, indicating that you are registered and all set! Having trouble making an account or responding? Please reach out to volunteers@massaudubon.org or call 781-259-7185.
